Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Post Effort's websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Post Effort helps athletes turn training data and related inputs into shareable media (such as carousel slides). Features may change as we iterate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users.

3. Integrations

Third-party services (such as Strava) have their own terms and privacy policies. You authorize us to access the data you permit through those services, solely to provide features you request.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• No attempts to probe, disrupt, or bypass security or rate limits.
• No scraping or automated access that harms the Service or other users.
• No use of the Service to generate content that infringes others' rights or violates platform rules where you publish.

5. AI outputs

AI-generated text and layouts may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, and for complying with laws and third-party platform policies when you post content.

6. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the Service, branding, and software. Subject to these Terms, you retain rights in your original content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content as needed to operate the Service for you.

7. Paid plans (if applicable)

If you purchase a paid subscription, fees, renewals, taxes, and cancellation terms will be presented at checkout and/or in an order summary. Until billing is enabled in-product, this section may not apply.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POST EFFORT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Post Effort against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, subject to applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your contracting entity, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a different governing law is required by mandatory local consumer protections. Courts in the selected jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, where permitted.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
