Post Effort
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about Post Effort. For legal details, see Privacy and Terms.
What is Post Effort?
Post Effort helps you turn workout data (starting with Strava) into narrative-driven, export-ready Instagram carousels so you can post faster without designing slides from scratch.
Do I need a Strava account?
Today, the core workflow is built around Strava. Connect Strava to pull activities and build carousels from real workout data. Additional sources may arrive over time.
Will Post Effort work with private Strava activities?
Strava only shares private activities if you grant the right permissions during connect (for example activity read scopes that include private activities). If something is missing, reconnect and confirm the permissions Strava shows.
What data do you store?
We store what is needed to operate your account and generate outputs, including integration tokens and activity-related inputs you submit. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Do you train AI models on my workouts?
We use third-party model providers to generate content from the inputs you send for a given request. Practices can evolve; the Privacy Policy describes processing at a high level.
What export size do you support?
Carousels are designed around Instagram-friendly vertical slides (1080×1350). Exact export formats depend on the product version you are using.
Can I use the output on other platforms?
Generally yes, but you are responsible for complying with each platform’s rules and any third-party rights (for example music, trademarks, or imagery you include).
How do I delete my account or data?
Contact us and we will help with deletion requests where applicable. Some records may be retained if required by law.
Who can I contact for support?
Email sigangsa@quantacus.ai from the Contact page, and include what you tried and what went wrong.
